Hey everyone,
I hope you guys are still looking forward to the Rudirockt event at the 2. November and didn’t forget about it 😉. Sorry for the delay, that’s my bad. Anyway, here are now the informations:
The event wil take place on the 2nd of November and starts at 18:00 o’clock.
How to participate:
1. Follow the link. It will guide you to the event on the official rudi-rockt website: rudirockt.de/events/rudirockt-aachen-privat-3-november-2023
(yes the date is wrong in the link, don’t worry about it)
2. Either log in with your account or create one if you don’t have one
3. Select participate in the event by providing your teammate, address of your kitchen and information regarding allergies, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, preferences of any kind
4. Your teammate will get an Email and has to accept the invitation, as well as also providing allergies etc.
a. For teammates you can either organize this in the peer2peer group and find here your partner, take your partner/roommate or anything else as teammate, or write me and I randomly assign you a teammate. If you want to participate in the randomization, please write me till the 26.10 (next Thursday)
b. It would be best if your or your teammates kitchen is in the region defined on the event site. Generally the closer we all are to the center of Aachen, the faster everybody can get around. But you live a little bit more outside we will manage somehow.
5. You can join starting this evening, 19:00 o’clock. Registration end is the 01.November 12:00, but I would reaaallyyy like you all to register as early as possible. Pretty please.
6. 01. November at noon you will receive the information about your route, guests and which course you will cook
7. The first course will start at 18:00 o’clock. I planned for every course to take ~2hours, so 22:15 the second course starts and 23:15 the third and last course
a. I’m open for discussion if I should adjust these times (if anybody is a RudiRockt Veteran and thinks there are more suitable times 😉)
